You know, it’s the simple things in life that make me the happiest. Driving (or riding with hubby in) my Super Beetle is one of them.
Here are some cool & interesting facts I’ve come across about the older bugs:
- Did you know that the Smelly-Mobile is smaller than the newer mini-coopers? Yep! I parked next one and had more parking space left.
- Older adults as well as toddlers and all ages in between seem to cheer up when they see the Smelly-Mobile. I often see them doing double-takes or commenting about it, definitely smiling when they see it coming or I drive by them.
- I could almost park 2 older beetles bumper to bumper or side to side in a parking space in out city’s parking lot behind Smelly Good Stuffs!
- We almost always park next to a tan 98 (I think it is) Buick Le Sabre in the parking lot.
- It has the cutest sounding horn ever!
- Even with the origional heater, which I’ve finally figured out how to use, it’s warmer than our Buick.
